Bought our 2021 mazda3 from Freeway Mazda. We have been leasing for 7; years and finally decided we would buy. Family and friends discount helped swing our decision. Sales person (Tommy) and manager (Peter) were very helpful. Felt they had my back when I had trouble with the nav system. Overalll experience has been positive. Good service. Always gave me a lift to/from work while car was serviced. It was always nice to have my car back well tuned, cleaned and shiny. That is until until covid hit which is understandable. Looking forward to having my car washes again. And a good ride for 15+ yrs as I'm not planning on buying another car.

The family grew and I needed something with more space. I traded in my 2016 Mazda3 Sport GS MT for a 2017 CX-9 GT. Arnie was great and showed us two models at the same price range. The process was almost too easy. They didn’t move much on price but they did offer much more than expected on trade-in value which helped tip me over the edge. This was my 3rd Mazda purchase from Freeway and I’ll probably continue to go back there. The service department is also excellent, I never feel like they are upselling or pulling any shenanigans on me.

Wonderful experience. Tyler, Eric and the other staff at Freeway Mazda made easy work of purchasing a pre-owned car. From the moment I called, Tyler was knowledgeable and straight-forward. The vehicle I purchased was fairly priced and hey gave me good value for my trade-in. Eric Tham in finance was friendly and quick to process my financing application. I came over from Victoria, they had everything ready to go on arrival and had me out in time to catch the ferry I wanted back home. I really felt my time was respected, which is refreshing from a car dealership. They did a great job detailing and restoring the pre-owned car to near new - I am very happy! I would highly recommend contacting them if your in the market and I will definitely be calling them first the next time I am.
